Construction Update
Access to the Estate remains restricted until the construction contractor demobilises (anticipated shortly, weather permitting).
In the meantime, buyers are welcome to drive along Chambers Road to view the estate entrance, surrounding setting and proximity to Woodford. The state forest directly opposite offers immediate access to riding and walking trails, and the township is just minutes away.
Once civil works are finalised, white post and rail fencing and lot tidying will commence as the next phase of finishing works.
During the private preview weekends, registered attendees will be escorted on site to gain a clear understanding of:

✅ Access and orientation
✅ Privacy between lots
✅ Overall layout and outlook
Titles are anticipated late April, with settlement expected May/June 2026.
